Aquaforest Mg Plus is a highly concentrated formula designed to elevate magnesium levels in marine aquariums. This product is specifically formulated to address shortages and sudden drops in magnesium levels, which are essential for the healthy growth of corals.

Maintaining the right magnesium level in your tank water allows corals to absorb calcium more effectively. If magnesium levels drop too low, it can lead to difficulties in maintaining appropriate calcium levels and may also lower the pH of the aquarium.

The ideal magnesium range for reef aquariums is between 1180 – 1460 mg/l (ppm).

Dosage: Adding 10 ml of Mg Plus will raise the magnesium level by 10 mg/l (ppm) in 100 litres (27 US gallons) of water. It is important to base the dosage on your aquarium’s magnesium consumption. Remember, each aquarium is unique, so the final dosage will depend on your coral setup and the specific needs of your aquarium.
