Measure around the deepest part of your dog’s rib cage and the circumference of your dog’s neck. If your dog is of a normal size, just measure the chest to choose proper sizes.

Step 1: Unbuckle the chest straps and loosen the neck straps.
Step 2: Slide the neck loop over your dog’s head.
Step 3: Place the bottom straps between your dog’s two front legs, right under the belly.
Step 4: Fix the harness on your dog’s body properly, and then fasten the safety buckles on both sides.
Step 5: Use 4 adjustable straps (2 around the neck and 2 around the chest) to adjust the harness. Slide the straps and adjust the harness to a suitable position by pulling or pushing the straps.
